Wordful Wednesday

I have a folder of photos titled "backyard wildlife". Here are a few pics of what's been creeping around our yard!

We had a big, mean stray cat that kept bothering our cat and trying to come into our house through the kitty door to get her! So, we bought a trap.

We finally caught that cat, but not before we caught 3 possums! Here's the first one we caught.

( Animal control takes them and releases them into a big wooded park in the area.)

Nathan found this big moth on the side of the house one day. I've seen them before, but I don't remember what they are called. He thought it was pretty cool and wanted me to take a picture.

This little guy likes our pool. My husband does not like this little guy in our pool though!

So, we send Claire to catch him whenever he gets in.

(of course, we don't really know if its the same frog or not though!)

Well, that's what's crawling around my yard. What like to call your yard home?
