So, if you'd like to be part of the tour, this is all you have to do:
Join in below using MckLinky.
Post about your school room or area on your blog and link back to mine.
Then click on the participants in the MckLinky list and visit everyone's school room.
This is our schoolroom.
It is actually the 5th bedroom in the house. We are starting to outgrow it.
I hope we can move next year into a house with a bigger schoolroom.
This is Nathan's desk. The dry erase board is new for this school year. We had a small one, but realized we needed a bigger one...I'm excited about it!
This is Claire's desk. I got it at a sale from a private school that was closing. I just love it. It is the perfect size for her. When she gets older we'll get her one like Nathan's so her computer will not have to have a separate cart.
This is my desk. Unfortunately it isn't usually this neat!
The kids really like the calendar too...its one where they put the date on each day. Also, another bulleting board. I really think the bulletin boards give a "school feel" to the room.

Wow what a nice organized school room you have! Looks like a great place for your children to learn :)
Ok, Aimee, now I'm seriously coveting that closet of yours....boy would I love to have something like that for our school materials. I end up with materials all over the house! I will attempt to blog about my school room today on my homeschool blog. If I don't get to it today.....I may some day soon! Hope you have a great weekend! There must be quite a buzz at your house if you are starting on Monday!! I still need a few weeks!
I like the closet too...we have one in our schoolroom, and we don't seem to use the space very well. There's a lot of "dead" space. I need a label-maker! :)
Hi Aimee! Your schoolroom looks so cozy and organized!!!!! I especially love the closet area!!
We don't have an extra room for our homeschool area, so we use what we call "the fireplace room" for our homeschool area. Actually, they are kinda spread out when they do their schoolwork!!! LOL!
Thank for stopping by my blog! I'm going to be a follower of yours too!!
I'd love to do this, but we are getting ready to do some construction (new built-ins) in our school room. No one wants to see what it looks like right now.
I do love looking at other people's areas. It gives me lots of ideas!
Blessings,
Kimberly
You are the most organized person I know. I wish those skills would rub off on me!
Oh yeah, I wish your teaching skills would also come my way.
