It was hard to find a "phoenix" postcard. I found mostly just Arizona ones there. I did happen upon this one though. Its of downtown Phoenix which is where we were. The back of it says that Phoenix is the largest capital city in the U.S. I didn't know that. It's population is greater than any other state capital.
So, there you go, our first real postcard stop on our Arizona Vacation. Stay tuned...our next stop was Sedona. :)

Oh, boy! A vacation with Aimee! Happy PFF!
It's surprising they didn't have more cards of Phoenix. I guess that is an indication of how few people are interested in buying postcards of the city.
It looks very green - trees everywhere! I like it already. :)
That is a nice post card. I hope you have a great weekend..
I like the views of downtown Phoenix with Camelback Mountain in the background. Perhaps they are all from 10 and 20 years ago, but I have a fair number of Phoenix postcards!
Great post.
Love the mountains in the background. Didn't know that about the capital either. Hmmm, I learned something new today ;)

If you find a postcard with wild mammal(s), and it might be available for swap with me, please let me know.
:)
Well I also learned something new - largest capitol city - wow.
It sounds like you had a wonderful vacation! I will definitely be checking back to see where else you've been!
Happy PFF - a little late.
How wonderful! Someday I shall visit there.
Happy PFF!
