More good deals!

Ok, since the kids are out of school already I have the time to look around on blogs for good deals. I have found so many links to online coupons! I have been saving a ton at the store...and its getting kinda addictive! I have fun seeing how much I can save each time. I always tell people...I could be a millionaire and I would still use coupons! Afterall, why should you pay full price if you don't have to?

Today's deals...

My trip to Kroger:
I printed out the new Kraft coupons. Thanks to http://www.couponcravings.com/!

I had 3 for $1 off 2 shredded cheeses. Kroger had them on sale for 3/$5. I bought 6 for $7 using the coupons.

Kroger also sends me coupons every couple of months. This month they sent me one for a free bottle of Suave conditioner and a free box of Betty Crocker cake mix. They also sent a coupon for $1 off of a bag of fresh express salad. Those were on sale for $1 so I got it for free!

They also had pillbury brownie mix (family size, funfetti only) on clearance for 1.31. I had a coupon for .35 off 1 that was tripled so I only paid .26 for it! I also got Betty Crocker muffin mixes (in the box) for 1.20 each with coupon. And Betty Crocker icing for .50. It was $2 and I had a .50 coupon that was doubled.

They had frosted flakes on sale for 1.99 a box. I had printed the printable coupons at Coupons.com for $1 off of 1 box. Thanks Money Saving Mom! http://www.moneysavingmom.com/money_saving_mom/
I also had a coupon for 1.00 off 2 kelloggs cereals from one of those machines in the store. It acted as a store coupon so I got to use it too and got the frosted flakes for .50 a box.

I bought other things like meat and produce there too so I'm not listing everything and I didn't take a picture because half of the stuff got put straight into the refrigerator in the garage when we got home. My total before coupons was 40.04. After coupons....25.24. Pretty good since I only used coupons on about half of what I bought!

The Mrs. Baird's outlet:

I hardly ever buy bread at the store. I always go to our Mrs. Baird's outlet. I had gotten coupons for it in the mail too. I used the 15% off entire order coupon. Below is everything I got. My total was 6.70. I put the bread straight in the freezer when I get home. It is always really good and lasts a long time once I thaw it out. We love the Mrs. Baird's whole wheat white and its only .89 a loaf there! And of course, we always get some yummy snacks while we are there! I even picked up a loaf of bread to feed the ducks at the park!

Great deals at the Baird's outlet---I think we have one here. I would love to go, but it's across town, so therein lies the dilema: I don't know if I am saving b/c of all the gas and time it takes, at least that's my hubs argument! I still want to go check it out!
