This was our guest room up until a few months ago.
It's a small room so the picture doesn't really show much!
Our schoolroom was doubling as our playroom and that just wasn't working so we took down the bed and made the guest room into the kids' playroom. The house is for sale so I'm hoping to have a guest room and a playroom in the next one.
Now: The kids' playroom.
It looked much better as a guest room, but it is much more practical as a playroom!

We have a couple of rooms that are multi-purpose over here too! I do love color and I love the red! Good luck on selling your home!
I love the Eiffel Tower series photos.. very effective! Yes, practicality often gets in the way of prettiness, doesn't it!? Our guest room is going to be Ryan's room in a few weeks, when he grows out of the bassinet.
